At Datalligence, we are committed to providing a transparent and efficient cancellation process. Please review the following guidelines:
Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Billing & Renewals:
- Datalligence operates on a prepaid subscription model for its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform.
- All payments are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
- Subscriptions automatically renew based on the original purchase date unless cancellation is formally requested in writing.
Cancellation Process:
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the subscription end date.
- Customers can cancel their subscription by sending an email to cs@datalligence.ai.
- Upon cancellation, a confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge the request.
Refund Policy:
- Datalligence follows a strict no-refund policy.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations, partial months of service, or unused portions of a subscription period.
- To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the renewal date.
