Account Cancellation
We follow a reliable cancellation policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the cancellation policy.
If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before end of your term (via an email to cs@datalligence.ai ).
Your subscription to our services is automatically renewed on the first day of the chosen billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). If you decide to stop using our services before the end of the prevailing billing cycle, the subscription paid upfront will be void.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our services at any time and without prior notice.
If we have reason to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent activity related to our services, we may suspend or terminate your account, in addition to pursuing any other remedies available to us.
Datalligence provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform to businesses, which includes a 15-day no obligation cancellation policy. This cancellation policy applies only to paid customers who activate their account and does not apply to free subscription plan.
Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
Datalligence charges its customers in advance for the use of its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All payments made by the customer are non-refundable.
All subscriptions, whether monthly, quarterly, or yearly, renew automatically on their due renewal date, based on the original date of purchase, until the subscription is officially cancelled in writing. Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by sending an email notice to cs@datalligence.ai Once the subscription is cancelled, the customer will receive an email from Datalligence confirming the cancellation.
It is important to note that no refunds for partial months of service will be issued to the customer upon cancellation. The chosen billing method will be automatically charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.
