OKR Certification
Level 2, which starts with:
- OKRs Fundamentals, Managing with OKRs
- OKR guideline : OKR alignement, creating OKRs and live OKR creation
- OKR Implementation – prerequisites of OKR implementation and implementation framework and tool kit
- Certification will be based on the Q&A session for 30 minutes at the end of each programme.
