Step 1: Login to the platform with the given credentials.
Step 2: Click on “OKR” module to open a submodule.
Step 3: In the submodule, select ‘My View‘ and click the plus icon to create a new objective.
Step 4: Select the year and cadence from the dropdown menu.
Step 5: Click the ‘Weightage’ button to distibute weightage to the objective.
Step 6: To download the overall report, click the PDF button.
Step 7: Display the remaining days in the current year and overall progress. Show the status of each objective and key result (OKR), indicating how many key results are not started, behind, on track, or ahead.
Step 8: Here, you can see the different types of objective statuses: Draft, In Progress, Awaiting Approval, Launched, and Closed.
