Sub Key Result – Datalligence

NOTE : Sub-Key results contribute to the progress of Key Results by aligning with their nature, including metrics and measurement units.

Step 1: Click on the “OKR” module to open the submenu, select “My View,” and once the objective is launched, click the edit icon to open the KR drawer.

Step 2: Select “Sub-Key Result” tab.

Step 3: Choose how task progress is calculated either through the sum of actuals or the average of actuals.

Step 4: Click on “Create New.”

Step 5: Enter a description of the task in the description field.

Step 6: Next, select the Task Owner.

Step 7: Click on the recurring icon to set the task to repeat weekly or monthly, and specify the task’s start and end date, and roll-up method.

Step 8: Set the start and end values for each day.

Step 9: Select how often the task repeats weekly or monthly.

Step 10: Choose the weekdays for the task and select the start and end dates.

Step 11: Select rollup option for each day. When Sub-Key Results has multiple entries, the KR progress will roll up based on the selected rollup method:

  1. Average of Actual: Calculates the average of all actual values from Sub-Key Results entries.
  2. Sum of Actual: Sums up all actual values from Sub-Key Results entries.
  3. Latest Actual: Uses the last actual value from Sub-Key Results entries.
  4. Average of Progress: Calculates the average of progress percentages from Sub-Key Results entries.
  5. Latest Progress: Uses the last progress percentage from Sub-Key Results entries.

Step 12: Then click the “Save” button.

Step 13: Once you create the Sub-Key Results, click on the description to expand it, where you can find the Check-in button.

Step 14: Click the checkin icon to complete the Sub-Key Result.

Step 15: Enter your ‘Actual Value’, update your check-in comments, and then click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the Sub-Key Resuls.
