With Datalligence KPI module you can create library for Company, department and Individuals. KPI module will allow you to link individual KPI to Department and Department to Company to have a holistic view on organization level KPIs.
Select the KPI Type.
- Select company to start
- Write KPI Description
- Select boundary.
- Select Unit of measurement to create company KPI
Department KPI :
- Select department
- Write KPI Description
- Link to a Parent KPI(Optional). If linked department will inherit the boundary and UoM
- Select boundary.
- Select Unit of measurement to create company KPI
- Decide which department this KPI belongs to
Individual KPI
Same as the Department KPI creation
