Step 1: To access the Main menu, look for the vertical list of options on the left side of the page.
Step 2: Click on “OKR” to open a submodule with a list of options. Within the side menu click “My view”.
Step 3: Click on ‘Objective’ to view the Key Results. Then, click on the KR menu and select the “Reassign” option.
The “Reassign” option allows for changing the KR owner, subject to the below following conditions:
1. KRs can be reassigned except for those under individual objective types.
2. The objective status must be either “Draft” or “Launched“.
3. Admins, Managers, and the Key Result owner themselves can reassign the Key Result.
Step 4: A pop-up will appear; click on it and choose the user you want to reassign from the dropdown list.
Step 5: Click the “move” button to reassign the Key Result.
