Step 1: Log in with your credentials
Step 2: Open the “Review” module which is located on the left side and then in the submenu click “Leadership Review” to review.
Step 3: Click the edit icon to view the overall rating of the employee.
Step 4: On the Performance Rating page, the Manager can observe the overall progress of employees.
Step 5: And managers can access the annual progress of both “OKRs” and “Assessments” ratings on the Performance Rating page.
