Performance Review Settings

Step 1: Login to the platform with the given credentials.

Step 2: Click on “Setting” module to open a submenu.

Step 3: In the submodule, choose “Performance Review” and then click the current year to configure.

Step 4: The Performance Review Configuration page will open. Please define the settings and specify the date when the performance page will be visible for both Self and Manager

Step 5: Select the rating scale name in “Performance Rating Scale”

Step 6: Employee Performance Reflection:

  1. In Employee Performance Reflection section, Turn on “Enable Automatic Calculation with weightage” it will begin to calculate the OKRs progress with weightage
  2. If you want to restrict the OKRs progress until the OKRs get closed then turn on “Perform Calculation only after completion of OKRs & Assessments
  3. If self employee wants to override the ratings enable the option “Enable Self-Rating (with override)” then set the last date to submit “Target date for submitting Self-Review

Step 9: By enabling “Enable Employees to share Feedback” can set feedback questions for employee.

Step 10: Manager Rating:

  1. Select the Rating levels and set the last date to submit the manager ratings. System allows upto 5 level rating by hierarchy.
  2. By enabling “Enable Level-1 Manager to override Calculated rating” level 1 and top level manager’s can override the ratings
  3. Can enable the promotion and training Recommended option if needed.

Step 13: Rating visibility:

  1. To allow users to see their calculated ratings, enable the “Enable Employees to View Calculated Ratings” option. These ratings are automatically calculated based on the assigned weightages.
  2. To publish the final ratings of employees, toggle the “Enable Employees to View Final Rating” option.
  3. To allow employees to view their manager’s ratings and remarks, enable the “Enable Employees to View Manager’s Rating and Remarks” option.
  4. To allow managers to view the ratings, remarks, and recommendations from their higher levels, enable the “Enable Managers to View Ratings, Remarks, and Recommendations of Higher Levels” option.

Step 14: Admin Rating:

  1. By enabling “Enable Admin Rating (with override)” this option admin can override the rating for normalisation.

Step 15: Employee Acceptance:

  1. To enable employee acknowledgment of the final rating, select the “Enable Employee Acceptance for Final Rating” option.
  2. Enabling the “Enable Mandatory Acceptance Comments” option provides a comment box for justifying ratings.
