Step 1: Login to the platform with the given credentials.
Step 2: Click on “OKR” module to open a submodule.
Step 3: In the submodule, select ‘My View’ and click on the “In Progress” objective to view the Key Results. Then, click on the KR menu for a Key Result that has already been checked in, and click the “Restart” option.
The “Restart” option resets the KR, changing its status from “Ongoing” to “Yet to Start“. However, the below conditions:
1. KRs that are in “Awaiting Approval” status cannot be restarted.
2. KRs that have SUBKRs cannot be restarted.
