Step 1: Login to the platform with the given credentials.
Step 2: Click on “OKR” module to open a submodule.
Step 3: In the submodule, select ‘Team view‘.
Step 4: Here, you can view the overall progress of individual OKRs.
Step 5: The manager can access the OKRs for their direct reports.
Step 6: Click the ‘Weightage’ button to distribute the weight of the objective. For a perticular direct report
Step 7: And the manager checks the status of the key results.
Step 8: And see there last checkin.
Step 9: To download the report of the direct report, click the PDF button and then select ‘Download PDF’.
